Quick and crispy wraps filled with cheesy goodness and seasoned chicken, perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken along with salt, pepper, and optional parsley. Heat for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then, add cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar. Stir until well-combined.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into wraps.
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, use rotisserie chicken or mix different cheeses.
