Description

This Banana Pudding Cheesecake Delight is a creamy, no-bake layered dessert with a buttery vanilla wafer crust, fluffy cheesecake center, silky banana pudding, and a whipped topping. A nostalgic Southern-style treat that melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Banana Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Crushed vanilla wafers
  • Banana slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish. Chill while preparing the fillings.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Prepare the Banana Pudding: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Layer sliced bananas over the cheesecake layer, then spread the pudding on top.
  4. Add the Topping: Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Slice, garnish with banana slices if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra banana flavor, add a few drops of banana extract to the pudding.
  • Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
  • Best served the same day to prevent browning.
