Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
For the Banana Pudding Layer:
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
For the Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Crushed vanilla wafers
- Banana slices (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish. Chill while preparing the fillings.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the Banana Pudding: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Layer sliced bananas over the cheesecake layer, then spread the pudding on top.
- Add the Topping: Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Slice, garnish with banana slices if desired, and enjoy!
