Description

Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are a quick and satisfying appetizer featuring tender shredded chicken coated in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce balanced with honey sweetness. Perfect for game days, parties, or easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • Chicken and Buns
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 8 slider buns, soft and small
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • 1/4 cup bread and butter pickles
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the shredded chicken with the bang bang sauce until fully coated.
  4. Lightly toast the slider buns.
  5. Layer bottom buns with cabbage or lettuce, add bang bang chicken, then top with pickles.
  6. Place the top buns on, press gently, and serve immediately.
