Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped ripe pears
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 1 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
For the Dressing
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine diced apples, halved grapes, chopped pears, and celery in a large mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in dried cranberries.
- Toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes and chop coarsely.
- Whisk yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Pour dressing over fruit and pecans, fold gently to coat.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
