Description

These Big Mac Wraps bring all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac into a soft, easy-to-make tortilla wrap. Juicy beef, creamy special sauce, fresh lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles make a perfect handheld meal.


Ingredients

  • Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Wraps:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare Special Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Refrigerate while preparing wraps.
  2. Cook Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until softened, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Warm tortillas. Spread special sauce, add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and pickles.
  4. Fold sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
