These Big Mac Wraps bring all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac into a soft, easy-to-make tortilla wrap. Juicy beef, creamy special sauce, fresh lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles make a perfect handheld meal.
Ingredients
- Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Wraps:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare Special Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Refrigerate while preparing wraps.
- Cook Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until softened, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Assemble Wraps: Warm tortillas. Spread special sauce, add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and pickles.
- Fold sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
