Description

Blueberry Cheesecake Heaven Rolls combine fluffy dough, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh blueberries for a dessert that’s perfect for brunch or a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (or equivalent dough triangles)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tsp milk
  • ½ tsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto each triangle and roll up tightly.
  4. Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While cooling, prepare glaze: mix powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and let chill 10 minutes before serving.
