Description

Fluffy and soft Brioche French Toast made with brioche bread, eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Quick and easy breakfast the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf brioche bread, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Toppings: powdered sugar, strawberries, blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle to 375°F (190°C) and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Dredge both sides of each slice of brioche in the egg mixture.
  4. Cook on the griddle until browned and cooked through, then flip to brown the other side.
  5. Top with powdered sugar, strawberries, or blueberries before serving.

Notes

  • Use Challah bread as an alternative if brioche is unavailable.
  • Prepare the egg mixture ahead of time and refrigerate overnight.
