Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, then sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the halved Brussels sprouts, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
