  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works best)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice level)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional Garnishes

  • Chopped green onions
  • Crumbled blue cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well blended.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  4. Cook: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions and crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
