Description

Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Cookies are gooey and crunchy treats combining Butterfinger candy, caramel bits, and peanuts, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. Perfect for indulgent snacking or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients and mix on low speed until combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in crushed Butterfinger candy bars, caramel bits, and chopped peanuts.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes on top of each cookie.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers remain soft. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
