- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp and salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and flaking easily. Remove and set aside.

- Remove from heat, transfer to a serving platter, and drizzle with extra garlic cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
