Description

Sweet, salty, and crunchy caramel apple pretzel bites topped with chocolate and peanuts. Perfect bite-sized treats for parties or dessert platters.


Ingredients

  • 50 pretzel snaps
  • 50 Kraft caramel squares
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, diced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped peanuts
  • ⅓ cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate melting wafers


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pretzel snaps on the prepared baking sheet and top each with a caramel square.
  3. Bake for 3–5 minutes, or until the caramel is soft but not melted completely.
  4. Remove from oven and press a small piece of diced apple on top of each caramel.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the pretzel bites.
  8. Allow to cool until caramel and chocolate are set, then serve.
