Description

Ingredients
- 50 pretzel snaps
- 50 Kraft caramel squares
- 3 Granny Smith apples, diced
- ¼ cup finely chopped peanuts
- ⅓ cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place pretzel snaps on the prepared baking sheet and top each with a caramel square.
- Bake for 3–5 minutes, or until the caramel is soft but not melted completely.
- Remove from oven and press a small piece of diced apple on top of each caramel.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the pretzel bites.
- Allow to cool until caramel and chocolate are set, then serve.

- Use tart apples like Granny Smith for a balance of sweetness and acidity.
