Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs are an irresistible appetizer with creamy cheese, spicy buffalo sauce, and tender chicken, all wrapped in golden, flaky dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll dough around filling, tucking sides as you go.
- Place bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Add extra buffalo sauce for more spice.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
