Description

These cheesy garlic pesto chicken sliders are gooey, flavorful, and easy to make with simple ingredients. Perfect for parties or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2/3 cup basil pesto
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Place bottom half in baking dish.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Spread half the pesto on bottom rolls.
  6. Add chicken, then mozzarella cheese.
  7. Spread remaining pesto on top half of rolls and place on top.
  8. Brush with garlic butter and season lightly.
  9. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden and melted.

Notes

  • Can be doubled for larger gatherings.
  • Best served warm and fresh.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in oven.
