Description

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • Topping
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into liners to form crusts.
  3. Bake crusts for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in melted chocolate.
  5. Spoon filling evenly over crusts.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are set and centers slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with fresh cherries just before serving.

  • Frozen cherries may be used if thawed and well drained.
