Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- Topping
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into liners to form crusts.
- Bake crusts for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in melted chocolate.
- Spoon filling evenly over crusts.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are set and centers slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh cherries just before serving.
