Description

If you like classic Caesar Salad, you will love these Chicken Caesar Wraps. All the traditional Caesar salad ingredients, plus chicken, get wrapped in a tortilla for a simple and fresh wrap perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well and season with salt and pepper. Adjust dressing to taste.
  2. Warm the tortillas over medium heat for 15–30 seconds per side until pliable. Keep warm covered with a towel.
  3. Place tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold in opposite sides, then roll up burrito-style. Use a toothpick if needed. Cut in half or serve whole.
