Description

Rich chocolate cookies swirled with fluffy marshmallow, creating a gooey, decadent treat. Perfect for chocolate lovers and marshmallow fans alike.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, then add a small dollop of marshmallow fluff on top of each cookie.
  7. Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the marshmallow into the cookie dough.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft and gooey.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra gooey marshmallow, slightly underbake the cookies.
  • Optional: sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
