Description

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo crust is a dessert lover’s dream. Rich, creamy, and loaded with peanut butter and chocolate goodness, it’s the perfect decadent treat for special occasions or whenever you’re craving something indulgent.

Ingredients

  • For Oreo crust:
  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Peanut butter cheesecake filling:
  • 32 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups miniature chocolate chips
  • Milk chocolate ganache:
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or 9.5 oz milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • For garnish:
  • Chopped Reese’s cups
  • Crushed roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9-inch springform pan, line bottom with parchment, and wrap the pan with two layers of foil.
  2. Make crust: Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom of pan. Chill while preparing filling.
  3. Make filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter, heavy cream, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour filling over crust and smooth top. Place pan in roasting pan and add hot water halfway up the sides.
  5. Bake 55–70 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggly. Tent with foil if browning too fast.
  6. Remove from water bath and cool completely. Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
  7. Ganache: Bring cream to a boil. Pour over half the chocolate and stir until melted. Add remaining chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool until pourable.
  8. Remove cheesecake from pan. Spread ganache over top, letting it drip down sides. Garnish with peanuts and Reese’s. Chill until serving.
