Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts are stuffed with warm peach filling and rich cheesecake cream, then coated in cinnamon sugar for the ultimate dessert mashup!

Ingredients

    • For the Donuts:
    • 8 large biscuit dough rounds (store-bought or homemade)
    • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

    • For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
    • 2 fresh peaches, diced (or 1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped)
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (slurry)

  • For the Cheesecake Cream:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook peaches, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until peaches soften.
  2. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy. Chill.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry biscuit dough rounds 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish, then coat each warm donut.
  7. Poke a hole in each donut and pipe in peach filling and cheesecake cream.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use canned peaches for a quicker version.
  • Donuts are best filled just before serving to avoid sogginess.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra cobbler flavor.
