Description
Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts are stuffed with warm peach filling and rich cheesecake cream, then coated in cinnamon sugar for the ultimate dessert mashup!
Ingredients

- For the Donuts:
- 8 large biscuit dough rounds (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
- 2 fresh peaches, diced (or 1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (slurry)
- For the Cheesecake Cream:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook peaches, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until peaches soften.
- Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy. Chill.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry biscuit dough rounds 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish, then coat each warm donut.
- Poke a hole in each donut and pipe in peach filling and cheesecake cream.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use canned peaches for a quicker version.
- Donuts are best filled just before serving to avoid sogginess.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra cobbler flavor.
