Description

This delicious and easy-to-make crustless quiche features creamy cottage cheese and fresh spinach, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan with olive oil or butter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Gently fold in chopped spinach and shredded cheese.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until top is golden and a knife comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in chopped onions or bell peppers.
