A delicious salmon fillet stuffed with a savory mixture of crab and shrimp, perfect for a flavorful seafood main course.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed salmon in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
