Description
Crab Rangoon Bombs are a delightful twist on the classic appetizer, featuring crispy wonton wrappers filled with a creamy crab and cheese mixture. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in!
Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into a triangle, sealing tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry bombs in batches, 3-4 at a time, for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Serve as an appetizer or party snack. Can also be baked instead of fried for a lighter version.
