Description

Crispy Halloumi Greek Power Bowl is a vibrant and nutritious Mediterranean-inspired bowl featuring golden fried Halloumi cheese, fresh vegetables, and hearty quinoa. Perfect for a quick lunch or satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 200g Halloumi cheese
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice Halloumi into thick pieces and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  4. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; pour over salad mixture and toss gently.
  5. Top the salad with crispy Halloumi slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve immediately for maximum flavor.
