Description

A delicious and easy-to-make comfort food dish featuring andouille sausage, baby potatoes, green beans, and garlic cooked together in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 26 ounces andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
  • ½ cup butter
  • Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Toss sausage, onion, potatoes, green beans, and garlic into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to mix everything evenly.
  3. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top and stir again.
  4. Slice butter and lay it on top to melt into the dish.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can customize the vegetables based on your preference.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
