Description
A delicious and easy-to-make comfort food dish featuring andouille sausage, baby potatoes, green beans, and garlic cooked together in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 26 ounces andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix
- ½ cup butter
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Toss sausage, onion, potatoes, green beans, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- Stir to mix everything evenly.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top and stir again.
- Slice butter and lay it on top to melt into the dish.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Add more or less butter depending on your taste.
