Description
This Decadent Red Velvet Martini is a rich, creamy cocktail made with vanilla vodka, Irish cream, and chocolate liqueur. Perfect for celebrations, holidays, or anytime you want an indulgent drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz vanilla vodka (or plain vodka)
- 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
- 3–4 drops red food coloring
- 1 tbsp crushed red velvet cake crumbs or red sanding sugar (for rim)
- Whipped cream, optional garnish
- Chocolate shavings or red velvet cake piece, optional garnish
Instructions
- Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into simple syrup, then into crushed red velvet cake crumbs or red sanding sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and red food coloring.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until very cold.
- Optional: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the martini glass.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or cake piece if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh.
- Do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
