Description

This Decadent Red Velvet Martini is a rich, creamy cocktail made with vanilla vodka, Irish cream, and chocolate liqueur. Perfect for celebrations, holidays, or anytime you want an indulgent drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka (or plain vodka)
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 34 drops red food coloring
  • 1 tbsp crushed red velvet cake crumbs or red sanding sugar (for rim)
  • Whipped cream, optional garnish
  • Chocolate shavings or red velvet cake piece, optional garnish


Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into simple syrup, then into crushed red velvet cake crumbs or red sanding sugar.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and red food coloring.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until very cold.
  5. Optional: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the martini glass.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or cake piece if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes
