These Deep Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Pies are crispy, golden, and filled with a sweet, creamy strawberry cheesecake center—just like a fair-style dessert you can make at home!
Ingredients

- For the Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam

- For the Pies:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
- For Dusting:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, strawberries, and strawberry jam until smooth.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla and fold tightly, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the pies in batches for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl, then roll warm pies in the mixture to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can freeze the pies before frying for easier handling.
- Air fryer method: 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Use raspberries or blueberries for a fun variation.
