Ingredients

Cheese Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Filling

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Wrap & Toppings

  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ cup jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, whisk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart, until browned (5–7 min). Drain fat, stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Heat tortillas in a skillet with olive oil 1–2 minutes per side until golden, drain on paper towel.
  4. Assemble Crunchwrap: Lay large tortilla flat, add beef, cheese sauce, small tortilla, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheddar. Fold edges over filling.
  5. Cook folded Crunchwrap seam-side down in skillet with olive oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Let rest 1 minute, cut, and serve with cilantro and jalapeños.
