Ingredients

Filling
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Wrap & Toppings
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ cup jalapeño slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, whisk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart, until browned (5–7 min). Drain fat, stir in taco seasoning.
- Heat tortillas in a skillet with olive oil 1–2 minutes per side until golden, drain on paper towel.
- Assemble Crunchwrap: Lay large tortilla flat, add beef, cheese sauce, small tortilla, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheddar. Fold edges over filling.
- Cook folded Crunchwrap seam-side down in skillet with olive oil 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Let rest 1 minute, cut, and serve with cilantro and jalapeños.
