Ingredients
- Brownie Crust
- 1 (18-ounce) package fudge brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Frosting
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream
- Toppings
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Dark, white, or milk chocolate candy melts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 12-inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix, water, and vegetable oil. Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pizza pan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the brownie completely in the pan for about 1 hour.
- Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownie, leaving about 1/4 inch around the edge.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Melt the chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries and frosting.
- Let the chocolate set for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving.
