Description

These Easy Hamburger Quesadillas are a mouthwatering twist on your favorite burger — cheesy, crispy, and ready in minutes! Perfect for a quick lunch, weeknight dinner, or party snack.

Ingredients

    • Quesadilla Filling
    • 2 medium flour tortillas
    • 1/2 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix)
    • Chopped pickles (optional)
    • Chopped tomatoes (optional)

  • Burger Sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tbsp pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease.
  2. Make the burger sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, chopped pickles, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  3. Assemble the quesadilla: Lay one tortilla in a large skillet. Spread a layer of burger sauce, add cooked beef, sprinkle cheese, and optional toppings like pickles or tomatoes. Top with the second tortilla.
  4. Cook until crispy: Heat over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  5. Slice & serve: Cut into wedges and serve hot with extra burger sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Try using pepper jack cheese for extra spice!
  • Swap beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Great for meal prep — reheat in a skillet or air fryer to keep it crispy.
