Ingredients
- 4 ½ oz roasted red peppers
- ⅓ cup raw almonds
- ⅛ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tablespoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon chipotle
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
