Description

This Easy Homemade Romesco Sauce is a smooth and flavorful Spanish sauce made with roasted red peppers, almonds, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil. Perfect as a dip, spread, or accompaniment to meats and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 ½ oz roasted red peppers
  • ⅓ cup raw almonds
  • ⅛ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon chipotle
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil


Instructions
