Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Eggs is a hearty, protein-packed breakfast combining tender seared steak bites, crispy seasoned potatoes, and perfectly cooked eggs for a complete skillet meal.

Ingredients

  • For the Steak Bites:
    • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-size cubes
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 tbsp butter (halal)
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp fresh chopped chives or parsley
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • For the Potatoes:
    • 2 cups potatoes, diced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • Salt & pepper to taste
  • For the Eggs:
    • 34 eggs
    • 1 tbsp butter or oil
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • Pinch of dried herbs (parsley, chive, oregano)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and steak bites. Sear for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add butter, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Toss until steak is coated and cooked to your preferred doneness. Stir in chopped chives or parsley and remove from heat.
  4. In a separate pan, melt butter or heat oil. Cook eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled, or sunny-side-up). Season with black pepper and dried herbs.
  5. Assemble by plating crispy potatoes, garlic butter steak bites, and eggs together.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika for 15 minutes before cooking.
  • Use pre-boiled potatoes for faster cooking.
