Ingredients
- 4 ribeye steaks, about 1-inch thick, 8 oz each
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons butter. Once melted, cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic, cook 4-5 minutes for medium-rare steaks.
- Lower heat to medium, add heavy cream, whisking to scrape browned bits from the pan.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice steaks, plate, and drizzle with Parmesan cream sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
