Description

This Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Cream Sauce is a delectable dish that combines juicy, flavorful steak with a rich and creamy sauce infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for a special dinner or a weekend feast!

Ingredients

  • 4 ribeye steaks, about 1-inch thick, 8 oz each
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons butter. Once melted, cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic, cook 4-5 minutes for medium-rare steaks.
  4. Lower heat to medium, add heavy cream, whisking to scrape browned bits from the pan.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Slice steaks, plate, and drizzle with Parmesan cream sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Substitute ribeye with sirloin, filet mignon, or any preferred steak cut.
  • Adjust garlic amount to taste.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
