Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed with a rich, cheesy beef filling and wrapped in golden, buttery biscuit dough. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined and melted.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold and pinch the dough to seal tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra garlic flavor, add minced fresh garlic to the beef mixture.
- Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy variation.
- These reheat well in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes.
