Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed with a rich, cheesy beef filling and wrapped in golden, buttery biscuit dough. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined and melted.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold and pinch the dough to seal tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra garlic flavor, add minced fresh garlic to the beef mixture.
  • Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy variation.
  • These reheat well in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes.
