Description

Indulge in the mouthwatering delight of Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs! Fluffy biscuit dough filled with juicy ground beef, aromatic garlic, and melty Parmesan cheese. Perfect for game nights or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet; sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place ~1 tablespoon beef mixture in each and fold into a pouch.
  6. Brush melted butter on top of each bomb and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
