Description

A cheesy, flavorful Grilled Cheese Burrito packed with seasoned ground beef, rice, creamy sauces, and gooey cheese, then grilled to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in cooked rice, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, and chipotle sauce.
  3. Lay out a tortilla, spread a portion of the beef mixture in the center, and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Fold and roll into a burrito.
  4. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill until golden brown, flipping once.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy with extra sour cream or salsa if desired.
