Description
A cheesy, flavorful Grilled Cheese Burrito packed with seasoned ground beef, rice, creamy sauces, and gooey cheese, then grilled to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Remove from heat and mix in cooked rice, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, and chipotle sauce.
- Lay out a tortilla, spread a portion of the beef mixture in the center, and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Fold and roll into a burrito.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill until golden brown, flipping once.
- Serve hot and enjoy with extra sour cream or salsa if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add beans, corn, or peppers for extra texture and flavor.
- Leftovers can be wrapped in foil and reheated in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
