Description

This Healthy Tuna Melt Wrap is the perfect 10-minute lunch! Made with Greek yogurt, fresh lemon, and melty cheese, it’s a satisfying and protein-packed way to upgrade classic tuna salad and keep you energized all afternoon.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz) can skipjack tuna or yellowfin, drained
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard or regular mustard
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp dill relish or capers
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 burrito-sized wrap (10-inch)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, corn, red onion, relish, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Warm the wrap by covering it with a damp paper towel and microwaving for 10–20 seconds to make it pliable.
  3. Lay the wrap flat. Sprinkle shredded cheese near the bottom edge, leaving space around the sides.
  4. Spoon tuna mixture evenly over the cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides, then fold up the bottom and roll tightly into a wrap.
  6. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat with a small amount of olive oil.
  7. Place wrap seam-side down and cook 3–4 minutes, gently pressing. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden and melty.

Notes

  • Use a burrito-sized wrap to make rolling easier.
