Description

A delightful and easy-to-make Holiday White Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge that’s perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups good quality white chocolate, roughly chopped wafers or chips
  • 1 cup warm condensed milk (not boiling hot)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (add 1/2 cup more if you wish for more marshmallow)
  • ½ cup mini M&M’s (1/4 cup for fudge, 1/4 cup for the top for decorating)
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles for the top (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 10x7x2 or an 8×8 dish or pan with wax paper or parchment paper.
  2. In a deep bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave until melted. Stir every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
  3. Add warm condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  4. Add marshmallows and quickly stir.
  5. Add 1/4 cup M&M’s and toss gently to avoid melting.
  6. Pour the mixture into the parchment-lined dish or pan.
  7. Toss some sprinkles and M&M’s on top of the fudge.
  8. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight until firm for slicing.

Notes

  • Ensure that the condensed milk is warm for easier mixing.
  • Do not overmix after adding M&M’s to preserve the fudge’s appearance.
  • The fudge can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
