Description

This Honey Garlic Chicken is sweet, savory, and incredibly easy to prepare. Made with tender chicken breasts cooked in a sticky honey garlic glaze, it’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and honey, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it well in the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until glossy and flavorful. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or mashed potatoes.
