Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Heat skillet with 1 tablespoon oil, cook salmon cubes in a single layer for 4–5 minutes, flipping often until crispy and golden. Transfer to plate and cook remaining salmon.

Notes

  • Marinate in seasoning for 30–60 minutes if time allows.
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • Can be made in an air fryer at 390°F for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway.
