Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Sauté fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted, about 3 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella (reserve some for topping), Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in the wilted spinach until evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with reserved mozzarella.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
