Juicy garlic butter meatballs served over creamy Parmesan-infused pasta, perfect for a comforting, protein-packed dinner. Rich, flavorful, and garnished with fresh parsley.
Ingredients
- Meatballs: 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, salt & pepper to taste, 2 tbsp butter for searing
- Garlic Butter Sauce: 3 tbsp unsalted butter, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Parmesan Pasta: 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare meatballs: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook meatballs: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook 10–12 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make garlic butter sauce: In the same pan, melt 3 tbsp butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Return meatballs to pan and toss in sauce.
- Cook pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
- Make creamy Parmesan sauce: Stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble: Plate creamy pasta, top with garlic butter meatballs, and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Optional: Add red pepper flakes for a slight kick.
