Ingredients
- 4 cups cavatappi noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic puree
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 7 oz precooked lobster chunks (thawed)
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Cook cavatappi noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Melt butter over medium-high heat, add garlic puree, then stir in flour and cook until slightly browned.
- Add milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and bring to a boil.
- Add cooked noodles and stir until coated in sauce.
- Stir in lobster chunks and chopped chives, cook for 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Swiss cheese. Stir until fully melted.
- Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
Notes
- Use thawed precooked lobster from the frozen section for convenience.
- Optional: Top with breadcrumbs and broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispy top.
