Ingredients

  • 4 cups cavatappi noodles
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic puree
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 7 oz precooked lobster chunks (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook cavatappi noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter over medium-high heat, add garlic puree, then stir in flour and cook until slightly browned.
  3. Add milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add cooked noodles and stir until coated in sauce.
  5. Stir in lobster chunks and chopped chives, cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low, add shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Swiss cheese. Stir until fully melted.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.

  • Use thawed precooked lobster from the frozen section for convenience.
