Description

These low-carb Philly cheesesteak beef roll ups are packed with tender beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and melty provolone cheese. A keto-friendly, high-protein dinner that’s easy and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak or shaved beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • Toothpicks, for securing
  • Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion and sauté for 5–6 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
  3. Season the sliced beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Lay out each slice of beef, top with cooked peppers and onions, then add a half slice of provolone cheese. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place roll ups in a baking dish and bake for 12–15 minutes, until beef is cooked through and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley or chives if desired, and serve warm.
