- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Whisk dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped pecans.
- For streusel, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. Fold in pecans.
- Divide batter into muffin cups and top with streusel.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
