Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro or green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Arrange cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
- Check for doneness; cauliflower should be tender and caramelized at edges.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
- Serve immediately.
