Description

Crispy roasted cauliflower coated in a sweet and spicy maple sriracha sauce, perfect as a side dish or snack. Quick to make and bursting with flavor, this dish is both satisfying and vibrant.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss cauliflower florets in the marinade until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
  7. Check for doneness; cauliflower should be tender and caramelized at edges.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
  9. Serve immediately.
