Description
Mini S’mores Pies are an easy, gooey dessert made with brownie batter baked inside mini graham cracker crusts, then topped with marshmallows and chocolate chips for the ultimate s’mores-inspired treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
- 8 mini graham cracker crusts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions or your preferred brownie recipe.
- Place the mini graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet.
- Fill each crust with brownie batter, making sure not to fill them all the way to the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
- Remove the pies from the oven and top each one with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to puff.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overfill the crusts, as the brownie batter will rise while baking.
- Serve warm for the best gooey s’mores texture.
