Description

Mini S’mores Pies are an easy, gooey dessert made with brownie batter baked inside mini graham cracker crusts, then topped with marshmallows and chocolate chips for the ultimate s’mores-inspired treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
  • 8 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions or your preferred brownie recipe.
  2. Place the mini graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet.
  3. Fill each crust with brownie batter, making sure not to fill them all the way to the top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Remove the pies from the oven and top each one with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to puff.
  7. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the crusts, as the brownie batter will rise while baking.
  • Serve warm for the best gooey s’mores texture.
