Description
These Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are warm, gooey, and bursting with cinnamon-spiced apple filling wrapped inside flaky biscuit dough. Each bite delivers sweet caramel, buttery apples, and golden pastry perfection.
Ingredients

- For the apple filling:
- 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- For assembly:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 pieces caramel candy
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Cinnamon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples soften and the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Spoon a small amount of apple filling into the center of each dough piece.
- Add one caramel candy on top of the apple filling.
- Fold dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
- Place bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy the caramel apple goodness!

- You can substitute caramel squares with soft caramels or caramel bits.
