Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 envelope (about 2 tablespoons) unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Orange slices or zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add heavy whipping cream, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Microwave for 10 seconds until dissolved.
- Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into the cheesecake mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from pan, garnish with orange slices or zest, and serve.

- Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature for best texture.
