- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil

- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken pieces in the crockpot.
- Combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot and toss to coat all pieces evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- After 30 minutes, mix 1 part cornstarch with 2 parts water to make a slurry and add it to the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired heat.
