- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Simple Marinade (Optional):
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Optional: Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
